The best place to eat in Palmer! I got the Ham and Cheese bagel along with a raspberry danish! Never had such a good bagel! Absolute must visit anytime you are near! They are located inside the cutest store with so much good merchandise to look at! They have the sweetest employees that do their very best to help you with anything you need.

A Perfect Brew with a View! I stumbled upon Alauda Coffeehouse, tucked away upstairs in a charming mercantile shop in Palmer, and what a delightful discovery it was! This place truly deserves all five stars. From the moment you walk in, you'll notice the spacious and comfortable seating, making it an ideal spot to relax or get some work done. The baristas are incredibly skilled, crafting delicious coffee with precision and care. Every sip was a treat! But it's not just about the coffee. Their bagel sandwiches, made to order, are absolutely incredible – a perfect complement to their fantastic brews. And let's not forget the scenery: the incredible views of the snow-capped mountains surrounding Palmer from their windows are simply breathtaking. The staff who work here are exemptionally friendly, exemplary of Alaskan hospitality. Alauda Coffeehouse offers the complete package: fantastic coffee, amazing food, a cozy atmosphere, and stunning views. It's a must-visit when you're in Palmer!

Five stars! They use Farm Loop coffee…the best carefully roasted artisanal coffee in Palmer. Yummy breakfast treats. Enjoy your coffee or tea while with the best views of downtown Palmer and Matanuska Peak. Plus comfy seating. And cheerful enthusiastic staff. Feel the energy.

Alauda Coffeehouse just opened, and it’s already packed! Despite the rush, the service is great—friendly and efficient. The seating is cozy and well-designed, making it a nice spot to sit and enjoy your drink. The food is solid, and the coffee is pretty good too. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area! I did not see an elevator, so be aware of the stairs for wheelchairs or mamas with strollers.

Very good coffee and tasty food! One of my favorite coffee shops now and I wish I lived up here so I could go to Alauda all the time. They were very accommodating with my food restrictions and they also have delicious gluten and/or dairy-free desserts. I ordered a BLT bagel but ordered it as a lettuce wrap, which was delicious. My dining partner ordered a breakfast sandwich on a jalapeño bagel and she loved it. Fast service, attentive staff, and I loved the atmosphere!

Best coffee shop in town and maybe even all of MatSu Valley. Great views from the second floor looking out to Palmer and Lazy Mountain. Best part is they serve Farm Loop Coffee (which is just objectively more delicious and better than other options). Beautiful and comfortable space to sit all day and work or meet with friends. And free refills on drip! Can’t beat it!

My husband and I enjoyed the coffee we had at Alauda Coffeehouse in Palmer on a recent visit. The atmosphere is warm and cozy. The pastries were excellent. The coffee is locally roasted (Farm Loop Coffee) and is the best I have ever had! We went twice in our short visit to Palmer. I highly recommend this coffeehouse!

Great views, the best coffee and delicious food. Plus a cute store! What more could you want? Stopped for some coffee and lunch it went beyond my expectations. Stopping here every-time I am in Palmer now.
